Welcome to my little blue space. My place to pencil down experiences, thoughts, and opinions on scuba diving around the globe.
My name is Ben, a diver from the little isle of Tasmania on the southern tip of Australia. I am in love with the water and use it, like many of you, as my escape from the office and the worries of the land-bound world in which we live. If you have ever dropped under and been diving through swim holes with fur seals, or watched as leafy seadragons frolic and mate through giant kelp forests, then you already understand how incredibly beautiful the ocean can be.
There is an eerie and dark side to the water. The deep and unknown is what turns many people into divers. Those wishing to unravel the mystery of a long lost wreck, or discover new scientific truths about marine life and their habitats. It is this risk and abyss that draws me to diving, along with the thrill of technical diving and the challenges that it brings.
I would like you to join me in sharing our experiences of diving the weird, the amazing, and the deep…
